Return Policy for Workout Supplements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your workout supplement purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Unopened Products: Unopened and sealed products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Opened Products (Damaged or Defective): If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.  

  • Adverse Reactions: If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team. We may request a doctor's note or other documentation to process your return. Returns due to adverse reactions are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Products that have been opened or used, unless damaged, defective, or causing an adverse reaction (as described above).

  • Products returned after the applicable return window.

  • Products that have been stored improperly.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. Please provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions, if applicable.

  3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the product in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • For damaged or defective products or returns due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • For returns due to personal preference or other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

    • Exchanges will be shipped out within [Number] business days.
